Interesting typewriter from the Third Reich period, model N from • the Groma company. On the front is the distributor’s script “G.F. Grosser Fabrik für Büromaschinen – Markersdorf/Chemnitztal”.These typewriters are not easy to find and are sought after because they have the special feature of having a button (number 3) for typing the ss runic symbol. The typewriter is accompanied by its original case and appears to be in good condition, however, the ss symbol has been scraped off the die and cannot be used, probably a ruse adopted after the war to avoid typing a controversial abbreviation by mistake.
