Here is an extremely rare Reich Chancellery coaster made by Wellner. It is roll printed with the party eagle clutching an oak wreath with a swastika. The “R” and “K” flank the sides of the crown, the name of the manufacturer Wellner on the back.
Reich Chancellery artifacts like this pan are extremely rare.
The Reich Chancellery was Hitler’s official residence, office and bunker; from here he planned the war and here it ended with his death.
Anything from the Chancellery is extremely rare because the complex was badly damaged during the Battle of Berlin in April 1945. It was nearly destroyed. Only the walls remained, riddled with innumerable splinters, thrown open by large bullet holes. The ceilings have only partially survived. The last defense took place inside the Chancellery. After the end of the Second World War, the remains were demolished by order of the Soviet occupation forces.
