This NSDAP fish fork is a silver-plated type and it has a length of 17 cm. The fork is in excellent condition throughout and is completely plain except for the stamping on the lower portion of the handle. This stamping consists of a political eagle having his head looking to the viewer’s right and half open wings. The bird clutches a wreath in his talons containing a mobile swastika inside. The detail to the bird is outstanding to his eye, beak, wing feathering and talon definition.
The reverse of the spoon is marked, “Gebr. Hepp 90”. The Gebruder Hepp firm is quite well known for Third Reich flatware.
