HERMANN GÖRING’S FAMILY WAGON 10 ‘205’ LUNCH KNIFE

Sold,Sold,Sold A quite superb, and incredibly rare solid silver lunch knife, specially produced by Bruckmann & Sohne for the Deutsche Reichsbahn Sonderzugs.
This one carries designation marks for Hermann Göring’s Sonderzug ‘Asien’, and in particular carriage number ‘205’, Hermann Göring’s family car, which was for use by his wife Emmy, and daughter Edda. The front features the Deutsche Reichsbahn Eagle with wreathed swastika straddled by the letters D and R. On  the back the silver manufacturer’s hallmarks: a cresent moon, crown, ‘800’ (silver content), and imperial eagle, below this is the number ‘205’ indicating the wagon number.
